, I know it's a day too late and that, since I'm not currently on USA, it doesn't really affect me as much as other people. However, I insist this is a depraved, cruel and unjust way for things to go.
censorshipinamerica.com/2011/1… of all the countries in the world, it really doesn't make any sense this one in particular would begin doing censorship on the internet of all places. At least, that's what I thought for a while.
Not too long ago, I watched a movie called THRIVE (trailer www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oibqdw… ) and something kinda... snapped. It started to make sense. Not only do they want the people to be mind-numbing stupid, but they also want to make sure the truth never reaches their ears. Why? Because they're afraid.
Afraid of 307 million people suddenly waking up one day and realizing they are being deceived, lied to, controlled and oppressed. Afraid of 307 million people that shout freedom of expression (it's the FIRST amendment in their CONSTITUTION, something they love to use (and sometimes abuse) every chance they got). Afraid of 307 million people revolting against a power that's corrupted to the very core by egotistical ideals and money.
What's the best way they got to avoid 307 million people from ever learning the truth? That's easy enough, just take control of the information they receive. It's a sad truth to know they're already doing it.
-News is always under their control, be it on paper or television, the only truths that appear are that which they want to appear... or what they can no longer hide.
-Schools, colleges, universities. They teach the people how they should react to a situation, how they must follow the rules. Hell, the government can even dictate what is and isn't taught, they could tell us lies and we wouldn't be the wiser.
-And now, with the excuse of piracy, they'll gain the power to influence directly the one last refuge of true freedom all humans have. Internet. They'll block that which they don't want to be seen, they'll hide any signs of mistrust or unease with smiles. They'll hide from the public eye anything that can truly pose a threat to their precious *New world order*.
And what is it that the citizens of the United States should do when something like this happens?
I'd say that, for once in their lives, take a stand against that 1% that rules them. Complain about that 1% that chooses whether or not something is good for them without thinking about them. That 1% that will use any means necessary to remain the 1%.
So call your neighbors, your friends, your family and classmates, spread the word to anyone and everyone.
Grab your banners, hold your signs tall and proud, write every word of discord to this so called *Justice*, shout the names of the ones to blame to the wind, march to the places where they congregate, take off your leashes and demand for your rights.
Not one human should have their eyes covered by anyone other than him or herself. Not one blindsided and ignorant of the truth unless it's their own choice, not something decided for him by others.
Because, the most important thing in this world is that all humans should be able to speak their mind and not fear oppression.
Even less by those who were chosen to represent Justice.

Of Pokegirls and Tamers Revamp
So I've been posting Of Pokegirls and Tamers, and, frankly, it's been subpar. I'm going to start posting the remake. Better put together and written out. For those of you not in the know, I've been posting the new version over at my Patreon first and at Scribblehub second. I will thus stop posting the older unclean version and start with the new rewrite that's got more stuff in it. It'll take a while to catch up to where things are currently though since I'm writing more stuff to add (and proofreading)!
I'm back, kinda?
So for the past handful of years I've been using my free writing time to do questing things over at https://fiction.live/user/fireloid and https://fiction.live/user/rav (first one for pokegirl related things, the second for everything else). Did some experimenting on things, got some stuff wrong, got some stuff right. For the most part it's helped me figure out that I really seriously enjoy like the general format of "post - vote - roll - post" of the questing, the reader interactivity makes it very fun overall (I'd highly suggest it to anyone who's interested in such aspect and has some immunity to salt). Alas, things change, and I've come to the situation where I feel confident enough to trust my skill to believe I can actually attempt making a living out of writing things. So I'm... back? In a sense. I still plan to mainly operate and write in fiction.live in quest format, however, I have two things I'll be bringing over. First, one of the pokegirl quests I wrote came to an
Hello, and sorry.
Hey... been a while.
Can't say I haven't had an opportunity throughout these years to get back to this account. Can't really say I could either.
Things have... things have gone badly, I... don't like going into detail about my personal life, but in 2001 my family and I ran away from what we believed a very dangerous situation. Unfortunately, part of the family didn't think it was worth moving to a new country, and stayed behind much to our chagrin. Some of those that came with us are no longer here either.
I studied, I passed, I failed, I went to Uni and I failed again. Found myself a job about two years ago and been (almost literally) sla
Making official what everyone else knew: HIATUS
Hello everyone that watches me.
As it's been pretty clear these past couple years, I've practically been dead these past couple years or so. Barely favoriting anything and just doing the bare minimum in responding to comments and such.
Life has been hard, well, it always is. But in this case I went from a university student that didn't have to worry about anything other than his studies to one that has to pay for his studies and get shit done. Writing has always been my #1 hobby, and in its own way an escape from my day-to-day life. Several times too many I found myself writing rather than studying because I foolishly believed latter in the
